Code Camp SMTX is a free intro to programming summer camp taught at the SMTX Library for individuals ages 10+. It is taught by Jacob Neeley and a small team of volunteers. This is a introductory course that aims to teach programming and computer literacy. This course is taught using Python.
The Code Camp SMTX team is NOT affliated with the San Marcos Texas Library in any capacity nor do any of the Code Camp SMTX team members work for the library. Code Camp SMTX is ran by and supported by volunteers.
You can register for the course online. Parents are encouraged to join and bring a personal laptop for the course. Chromebooks will be provided but spots are limited.
All course resources will be available on this site for free. If the course is closed or full, you can follow along online at your own pace. Start Lesson 1>>
